Services not displaying in the UI

For approximately 11 minutes between 18:48 and 18:59 UTC, services in both service regions (US and EU) were not able to load in the UI. This was only a display issue and did not impact event processing or any other functionality of services. Normal loading of services in the UI was restored at 18:59 UTC.
